Order Processing Time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing at our warehouse before shipment.

During periods of high volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be delayed. You will be notified in case of a significant delay.

Pickup Point Selection

If you do not select a pickup point during checkout, we will automatically choose the closest available point to your shipping address. You will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours after the carrier picks up your package.

Damaged or Defective Items
